Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design
Jennifer Ross is a chartered town planner with over 30 years of planning and urban design consultancy experience. She is the Founding Director of Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design.
She has worked with a rich and diverse mix of high profile projects for a variety of private sector clients, local authorities and government agencies. Current and recent projects that Jennifer has been involved in include major estate regeneration schemes in Hackney (Colville, Nightingale, Tower Court, King’s Crescent and Marian Court), Camden (Tybalds and Bourne Estates, Parker House) and Tower Hamlets (Aberfeldy); Private sector residential led mixed use (Brentford Lock West, Hounslow (950 mixed tenure residential, commercial and a bus station for MUSE); Canada Water, Southwark (re-provision of a Decathlon Store, 1,100 mixed tenure residential and new town centre uses for Sellar); Millharbour and Tower Hamlets (2,500 mixed tenure units and other town centre uses).
The focus of Jennifer’s work has been upon developing, steering and negotiating a wide range of large-scale buildings or building groups and multi-phased, mixed developments through the various planning stages of a project from inception, feasibility, concept/ detailed design through to implementation. She also sits on the Barking & Dagenham Design Review Panel.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Town & Country Planning from Newcastle University.
